I worked with the AVID tutoring program in Des Moines public schools. I have experience assisting with homework children ages 5 to 18. I have also worked with children who have special needs on homework assignments and writing. I have extensive knowledge of how to teach information since my educational background is in education. I have passed a social studies content knowledge test along with the PRAXIS II; a test that measures your ability to teach. I enjoy working with students and have a lot of patients.
