My tutoring style is to find and understand the learning habits of a student. I can help students learn better by understanding their needs and skills. In my tutoring sessions I help create an understanding of expectations to help students get the most out of their tutoring sessions. I tutor by providing practical terms to help students relate the education information to real life. I have been a tutor since high school. I have experience in tutoring precalculus, biology, geometry, SAT math, reading, and writing. I am good at understanding a student's ability and know how to focus our tutoring sessions on material that they will learn best. In my tutoring sessions I set expectations to help the student accomplish learning with a reward. It makes me happy to see student accomplish educational goals. I outline each tutoring session to get the most out of the time I have with the student. I am a graduate of Williams College. As an honors student I have had intense experience in teaching. I love to teach and help others learn. I perform at an emerging theater in Astoria, New York, as a comedian. I am an instructor of martial arts. I have a black belt.
