Education
Graduated Salutatorian from High School Graduated cum laude from Baylor University with a B.S. in Psychology, and a double minor in Chemistry and Biology certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) and worked in the field the summer between college and professional school. I am also basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certified. currently a M.D. candidate at the OUHSC College of Medicine in my last year of medical school.
Experience
I was a student tutor at Baylor University for 3 years in the Paul L. Foster Success Center. I tutored incoming freshmen on their basic science courses, english, math, and latin. I have also worked with kids K-12 on their math and reading skills through working as a tutor for Kumon Learning Centers. I have experience tutoring for test prep including the SAT and ACT. I love working with people to help them understand concepts they need to learn in order to be successful. I find that by teaching, I learn so much more about the subject myself as well.
