I graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of science in Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Chemistry.
Experience
Throughout my undergraduate studies, I served as a tutor for the university through various departments. I became a Certified Master Tutor (CRLA level III), the highest level of achievement, through the College Reading and Learning Association, which is the only nationally recognized accrediting association for tutors at the collegiate level. Throughout my collegiate career, I have accumulated over 5000 hours of tutoring. I have over six years of experience tutoring students from different backgrounds in various subjects, including math up to Calculus II, and the biological and physical sciences (general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.) During my graduate training, I served as the instructor to several undergraduate organic chemistry courses. My experiences in serving both as a tutor and instructor at the collegiate level will enable me to effectively engage and guide different learners towards academic success.
