Experience
After completing my undergraduate education, I went on to obtain my Master's in Education from the Southern Nazarene University. I have been an educator ever since, and have more than a decade of experience working in both junior and high school settings. I have more than two decades of experience coaching students in athletics and sports. My main teaching experience has been in the social sciences. This is not the limit of my abilities to tutor, however. I am qualified and available to tutor a variety of subjects, including math at many levels, economics, reading and writing, and even general study skills and organization. I am also available to tutor numerous AP level classes. I have gained various skills throughout my years of working with not just students, but also their families, and have demonstrated my ability to guide students to improving and succeeding in subjects they initially found to be very difficult, as well as assist them in preparing for tests. I allow the child to do the work, and remain present to guide and encourage them, which gives them the motivation to learn, and the satisfaction inherent in succeeding at a difficult task. In my free time, I'm very active and enjoy all kinds of sports.
